Fixed vertical ladders can include landings, fall arrest systems, safety cages, walk-thru side rails, security doors & gates, and rest platforms. These ladders can withstand loads of up to 1500 lbs. without failure. Precision’s aluminum ships ladders carry a 1000 lb load capacity, have deeply serrated treads for maximum traction, and are available with a pitch between 60° – 70°. If your preference is to allow the user to descend face-forward, Precision offers an alternating tread model available in a 56° or 68° angle of incline. Compared to steel ladders, the relative weight of Precision’s units makes them easier to install, and their aluminum construction makes them virtually maintenance free.
